Prior to establishing ATCA, Mr. Abdullah accumulated significant experience over a seven-year period. He served for five years as the Head of Issue Management at Prime Bank Investment Limited. In this capacity, Mr. Abdullah honed his skills in capital raising, including facilitating Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and bond issuances. This experience equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of various industries and their respective business practices.

Mr. Abdullah further served for two years as the Manager of the Audit and Consultancy department at ACNABIN & Co., a prominent accounting firm with international collaborations. During his tenure at ACNABIN & Co., Mr. Abdullah led a team that provided a comprehensive suite of audit and advisory services. These services encompassed statutory audits, special audits, internal audits, forensic audits, company valuations, and business advisory services. Mr. Abdullah’s distinguished clients included multinational corporations, local businesses, and government entities. Notably, his client list featured Unilever, icddr,b, Summit, Lotto, Prime Bank, NCC Bank, Rupali Bank, Agrani Bank, and United International University.
